About This Role We’re transforming the way we manage Diligenta’s control environment. By leveraging investments made in risk management tooling and capability we want further improve our resilience and significantly reduce cost of failure to create an even safer control environment for our customers and clients. To that end we are creating a Line 1 Controls Office tasked with setting up a Mission Control nerve centre, taking the lead in reducing risk events through targeted controls improvements throughout the business, working collaboratively and closely with control owners within Operations, Change, Transformation, IT and TCS for all controls operated by Diligenta and third parties. The role will also take the lead in further training and upskilling control owners so that they have all the tools at their disposal to manage their controls effectively and safely. The Controls Office will be led by a newly created role that we are looking to hire internally. This is a great opportunity for a senior leader who possesses the ability to set up, develop and grow the team, set clear direction to turn the dial with Diligenta’s control environment and work brilliantly across all clients, all functions and at senior and executive level.
