About This Role

Summary of the role: 

The consultant will act as SME on the implementation of Continuous Improvement and Lean thinking across all accounts. They will work closely with a variety of stakeholders to build more effective working practices and identify further areas for improvement.

What you'll be doing:
  • Facilitate workshops (in person and remote), to work with internal staff and clients to understand current processes and then drive improvement, creating new ideas and solutions.
  • Map processes, identify areas for improvement and propose streamlined workflows to enhance overall effectiveness of service delivery.
  • Support improvement projects from initiation to completion, applying proven methodologies to drive tangible results through benefit quantification.
  • Leverage data analytics to gain insights, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain company processes and procedures to ensure efficiency & consistency.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices in business process management (BPM), and evolving regulatory frameworks.

  • Excellent knowledge of overall processes in the account
  • Educated to A Level standard or equivalent
  • Excellent process/domain knowledge
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in process mapping
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using data analysis
  • Stakeholder collaboration
