About This Role

What does the role involve?

The roles primary focus is supporting families during bereavements claim process across their life assurance, savings, investments and pension plans. The role will involve call handling, both inbound and outbound along with claim processing. You will be required to liaise with other areas of the business to ensure a seamless experience during the moments that matter.  Strong attention to detail will be required to analyse multiple data sources simultaneously to draw relevant information in relation to being able to process a claim.

Comprehensive training will be provided for the role.
