Summary of the role:
Delivering excellent customer journeys is core to Diligenta’s ‘One Diligenta’ model strategy and is key to Building “Purpose and Pride”. Due to continued growth and evolution of our BaNCS platform, a Pan Account, Enterprise MI, Planning and Insights function is essential to support the business going forward as it continues to grow.
  
This function will become the focal point that safeguards those customer journeys as well as help embed consistent way of assessing performance for our; Customers, Clients, & Colleagues. This new function will support all MI, Planning & insight requirements for all accounts across Diligenta’s clients old & new.
  
The purpose of the role is key data into planning models to generate trends; utilise the data to build, maintain & develop reporting frameworks / dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations

  
What you’ll be doing:

  • Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on reporting trends to drive deeper analysis, process improvements, enhance customer satisfaction, and optimize business efficiency.
  • Collaborate with delivery managers and supervisors to understand business requirements and design data-driven solutions that address specific needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics and contribute to the continuous improvement of the reporting and analytics function.
  • Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
What we’re looking for:
  • Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Basic Power BI, VBA, MS Access & SQL
  •  Preferred work in similar role / insurance industry
