About This Role

Summary of the role

As an AI Delivery Lead , you will be creating the case for change by defining, supporting the creation of and analysing MI and processes within our business. You will identify and lead improvement initiatives, evaluating and leveraging AI tools to refine and improve our business processes within operations with a
measurable impact to our business, colleagues and customer experience.

 What you’ll be doing
  • Responsibility for delivery of a projects or a workstream within a programme, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget and to scope
  • Build collaborative relationships across the business, client and 3rd party areas in order to successfully deliver improvement in processes, end user and customer experience
  • Ensures the application of the appropriate project management disciplines, i.e. planning, resourcing,
    scheduling, monitoring, reporting and risk, issue, lessons learned and dependency management, including
    escalation/resolution of issues and contingency planning for risks
  • Establishes an effective organisation structure and responsible for delivery team shaping, building, development, management and motivation including project resource planning, task allocation, prioritisation
    and monitoring
  • Determine where AI creates value, deciding whether to build internal models or leverage existing solutions.
    Evaluate and assess the costs and the potential impact on the expected return on investment of proposed AI
    solutions, considering technical limitations, risk and operational impacts. Translate improvement opportunities
    into tangible/measurable business outcomes.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the delivered change meets the needs of the business as specified in the
    original requirements
  • Manages and contributes to the selection of supplier delivery relationships for technical partners, software
    vendors and contract agencies
Responsible for the budget reporting, forecasting and expenditure associated with projects
What we’re looking for

  • Business knowledge – broad awareness of the financial services industry and the regulatory environment.
  • Previous project experience with proven track record of delivery in small – medium projects
  • Experience of budget management
  • Understanding of AI tools e.g Copilot
  • Good understanding of project methodologies and
  • approaches including Root Cause Analysis 5 whys methodology
  • Working knowledge of business analysis and information/data presentation techniques, including the standard MS software applications and Visio
  • A systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving.
