About This Role

• Lead the end-to-end management of Notifiable Events, ensuring timely remediation, risk mitigation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across clients, third parties, and internal teams, coordinating corrective actions and driving successful outcomes.
• Produce high-quality reports, root cause analyses, and remediation proposals to support informed decision-making.
• Produce and manage the full Event remediation plan, from event Initiation through to customer rectification.
• Oversee customer redress activities, including population analysis, communication strategies, and work allocation, ensuring delivery within agreed timescales.
• Maintaining a full audit trail of all resolution activity ensuring event records and complete and accurate

• Several years' experience in Life & Pensions, Investments, customer service, or project services environments.
• Strong knowledge of Life, Pensions and Investment products, including administration processes.
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements, including GDPR, FCA Conduct Rules, and Treating Customers Fairly principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organised, customer-focused, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
