About This Role

• Determine system scan requirements to drive out impacted populations.
• Analyse complex business, system, and customer data to assess event impacts, including individual plan impacts and drive remediation proposals.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance, and external stakeholders to define data requirements, validate outputs, and develop effective corrective actions.
• Produce clear, data-driven reports and recommendations to support decision-making, while driving continuous improvement in event analysis capabilities, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer outcomes.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills, with experience resolving complex issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, in particular advanced Excel and VBA.
• Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and presenting information clearly to different audiences.
• Ability to learn and navigate policy administration systems, products, processes, and system data.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex information and ensuring shared understanding.
