About This Role

Summary of the role

As an Innovation Analyst you will play a crucial part in identifying, evaluating, and driving the implementation of innovative solutions across the organization. You will be responsible for conducting market research, analysing industry trends, and developing strategic recommendations to foster a culture of innovation.

What you’ll be doing
  • Managing the interface between the Change Department, M&G, TCS, Voice Operations, and Back Office to ensure successful implementation of operational change
  • Collaborating with and influencing key stakeholders (eg Diligenta and M&G members) to ensure the operational change is planned and delivered effectively and on time
  • Manage the PCO and estimation process to deliver within contractual timeframes then implement using the Readiness Delivery process
  • Supporting the Programme and Project Managers to develop the required plans for each project to ensure successful delivery within regulatory standards and change framework
  • Providing effective communications to all key stakeholders and all affective staff to keep them updated on the progress as appropriate and ability to influence Senior Ops Managers and SLT members
  • Leading and coaching your team of Subject Matter Experts in their readiness activity, change processes, change strategy and personal development
  • Maintaining and sharing regular updates on readiness activity across a range of stakeholders including M&G, Diligenta SLT, and partner
  • Managing risk logs (RAIDs) and project documentation to exceed minimum requirements and protect Service Levels across Diligenta and ensure DORAS is up to date
  • Be commercially astute to manage change activity and resources in excess of £1m and the commercials within the M&G contract
  
What we’re looking for
  • 3+ years of experience in market research, business analysis, or a related field
  •  Strong knowledge of Life, Pensions & Investment (LPI) products
  • Project management or project delivery experience
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to a variety of audiences.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, statistical software).
  • Experience with project management methodologies.
  • Strong interest in emerging technologies and innovation trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with design thinking or other human-centered design methodologies.
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
