An exciting opportunity has come available for a Rewards Partner to join the People Function at Diligenta.

As a Rewards Partner, you'll work closely with the Total Reward Lead to support and manage the delivery of our reward, benefits, and recognition programmes, helping to ensure colleagues feel valued, engaged, and rewarded. Working as part of a small, high-performing specialist team, you'll contribute to a range of reward initiatives while partnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver an effective and competitive total reward offering.

What you’ll be doing
  • Manage the delivery of Diligenta's benefits and recognition offering.
  • Partner with the business to enhance the overall employee reward proposition.
  • Lead colleague engagement and awareness campaigns for benefits and recognition programmes, creating clear and impactful communications that drive understanding and participation.
  • Manage the annual Reward communications and engagement calendar, ensuring key messages reach the right audiences at the right time.
  • Oversee the administration and data management of employee benefits, including private medical cover, group risk benefits and recognition schemes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Actively engage and manage our benefit vendor providers to ensure effective operation of our benefit schemes.
  • Monitor market trends, industry best practice and emerging reward initiatives, using insights and data to recommend improvements to Diligenta's benefits offering.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for day-to-day benefit queries and escalations, while supporting colleagues and HR teams with advice, guidance and issue resolution.
  • Support business projects, including TUPE transfers and new client implementations, providing reward and benefits expertise to ensure a smooth colleague transition.
  • Deliver benefits benchmarking, provider management and renewal activities, using data and insight to assess the effectiveness of the reward offering and contribute to wider compensation and reward projects.
What we’re looking for
  • Previous experience working within a Reward, Benefits, HR or People function, with a genuine interest in developing a career in Reward.
  • A good understanding of employee benefits, recognition programmes and wider reward principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a business environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence building relationships with stakeholders at all levels, alongside strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks and initiatives, while also contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, colleague engagement and enhancing the overall employee reward experience.
  • A high level of professionalism, discretion and integrity, with the ability to always handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
