About This Role

Summary of the role:
 
To provide support to the Corporate Controls Manager and Controls Support Manager to ensure that Operational Controls are maintained and managed effectively across the business area. To drive an effective culture of identification, reporting and management of operational controls, in line with the Diligenta Control Management framework.
 
This includes managing and tracking all Control functions that impact the area, through regular project meetings and providing guidance in relation to remediation approach and root cause analysis, to ensure that the Control framework is managed and delivered in line with client and regulatory expectations

  • Awareness of compliance and legislative issues and procedures affecting business, and specifically the defined Policies and Procedures of Aviva relevant to this role
