About This Role

What does the role involve?

The role will primarily focus on handling calls to and from customers about their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans. Whether helping customers planning for retirement, accessing investments, updating personal information, or supporting families during bereavements, you'll ensure a seamless experience during the moments that matter.

You'll be joining a people and technology-driven business, identifying and logging complaints from customers about their life assurance, savings, investments or pension plans. Sometimes things can go wrong and the Customer Relations department are here to help customers when mistakes have been made or our service hasn't met the high standards expected. Within this highly regulated environment, you'll play a key role in reaching a fair outcome for our customers and restoring their faith in our business.

Comprehensive training will be provided for the role.
