About This Role

Summary of the role

We’re excited to announce two opportunities to join our team as Recruitment Administrators. These roles are key to ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and new colleagues throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

  
What you’ll be doing
  • Provide administrative support across all stages of recruitment.
  • Assist with interview coordination and delivery, including scheduling, communication and interviewing candidates.
  • Maintain regular contact with candidates, ensuring they feel informed and supported e.g. inviting to ‘Meet and Greet’ sessions prior to joining Induction.
  • Build strong relationships with operational leaders, keeping them up to date with candidate progress to ensure they have everything they need to make effective hiring decisions.
  • Work closely with hiring managers, Sanderson and wider People Engagement Team to create a brilliant experience that reflects who we are.
  • Support onboarding activities for new colleagues, e.g. Vetting related activities.
  
What we’re looking for
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with a passion for supporting people.
  • Skilled at stakeholder engagement, ensuring hiring managers feel supported/
  • Experience in a recruitment environment is desirable, but not essential, transferable skills like coaching, mentoring would be advantageous.
