About This Role

Summary of the role

To support the Standard Life Operations account in ensuring operational continuity and resilience by managing critical business support functions, including incident management, user access, release coordination, and operational reporting. This role is pivotal in maintaining compliance with regulatory frameworks, safeguarding customer experience, and supporting business readiness through efficient issue resolution and proactive stakeholder engagement.
  
What you’ll be doing
  • Manage and resolve incidents, including escalations and engagement with leadership
  • Maintain and operate the Incident Management Framework
  • Process DCC access requests for joiners, movers, and leavers
  • Provide user maintenance and support services
  • Coordinate quarterly mainframe upgrades and system releases (SPICE, LPAS, Stream, BaNCS)
  • Produce monthly incident reports and CSA performance tracking
  • Participate in daily service meetings and weekly business readiness forums
  • Support Stream Demand Manager tasks and fund-related activities (deferrals, unpriced funds)
  • Maintain problem records and contribute to system enhancements
