About This Role

• Develop a structure & cadence for the Journey Design Team. This team will collate all requests for change in Money Out process across all accounts ensuring risk partners are engaged and controls are applied.
• Own the build and roll-out of the target operating model for the Money Out function.
• Own the control of any roll-out from technology in any Money Out area ensuring adequate controls are built and maintained to drive better customer outcomes.
• Develop and refine new operational methodologies that enhance productivity and customer engagement.
• Craft and deliver engaging customer experiences that reflect the company's commitment to service excellence.
• Oversee the design and implementation of utilities and customer journeys across multiple accounts, promoting a standardized approach to operations.
• Be the focal point of change within Money Out for each account, ensuring all changes are assessed and controlled through the design team in a timely manner.
• Work with PM’s & BA’s to ensure agreed changes are implemented effectively.
• Ensure all risks for the Utility are recorded on DORAS and can be related to the current version of process maps.
