About This Role

What does the role involve?

The role will primarily focus on Alpha Operational Analysis. This will involve investigating Exception reports, analysing the outcome, and  completing daily workarounds. You will be involved in identifying and recording root cause and escalating trends when identified. You will provide a personal and efficient Customer Service by supporting Customer Services, IT Data Fix, Products and Proposition and Customer Operations.
  
Comprehensive training will be provided for the role.
