About This Role Summary of the role As a Talent Development Partner your role partners closely with the business to design, develop and embed learning and talent solutions that align with our wider People strategies. The Talent Development Partner plays a key role in translating strategic talent priorities and proposals into scalable, high‑impact learning experiences and development programmes that strengthen capability across Diligenta. Working collaboratively with Business Leads and key stakeholders, the role holder ensures that learning solutions are integrated effectively, support long‑term capability growth, and contribute to improved organisational performance. This includes identifying development needs, shaping solutions that build high‑performing teams, and ensuring that all initiatives deliver measurable, value‑adding outcomes. Key areas of focus will be on leadership pathways, competency frameworks, onboarding and growing development programmes to open opportunities for career pathways. Success in this role requires a proactive, self‑driven individual who can work independently and can build trusted stakeholder relationships. Please be aware this is a 12 month FTC. What you’ll be doing Converts strategic proposals and talent frameworks (set by the Talent Development Lead) into practical, multi‑modal learning programmes and resources. Designs, develops and delivers blended learning solutions that align with the talent strategy and business needs. Partners closely with Business Leads to ensure solutions are embedded, adopted and supported operationally. Implements and iterates programmes based on feedback, evaluation data and operational priorities. Ensures learning solutions are delivered consistently and contribute to building high‑performing teams. That there is agreed ROI/ROE and this is recorded. Responsible for ensuring People Guidance Hub is up to date and reviewed every quarter. Responsible for sharing updates to communications team – for PMM/Business Bulletins etc. Using data insights to identify areas of improvement to help grow the learning culture. What we’re looking for CIPD L5 Assoc. Diploma in Organisational L&D is desirable, not essential 3+ years’ experience designing and delivering blended, multi‑modal learning solutions (digital, face‑to‑face, social learning, on‑the‑job). Experience converting strategic proposals into engaging, practical programmes, toolkits and activities. Hands‑on experience partnering with business areas to understand operational needs and tailor solutions. Experience facilitating workshops, learning sessions and embedding programmes within departments. Instructional design & learning design expertise: Ability to take strategic intent and turn it into practical, engaging learning experiences. Programme development: Skilled at building detailed learning pathways and supporting materials. Operational delivery & implementation: Manages timelines, stakeholder engagement and rollout activity. Relationship building: Works closely with Business Leads to support adoption and embed solutions. Evaluation & iteration: Collects feedback and continuously improves programmes to ensure impact.
