Summary for the role:

  
You will work closely with stakeholders from across the department to analyse learning needs, design modern and digestible learning solutions & deliver facilitated training sessions.  You will be required to use your skills in creative design and apply up to date thinking to bring to life knowledge transfer via multiple channels. You will be the face of Diligenta and play a key part in setting the expectations and standards for all colleagues you work with.

What you’ll be doing
  • You will be responsible for all training delivery, this can include;
  • Face-to-face delivery for onshore colleagues including new starter inductions
  • Virtual delivery for both on and offshore colleagues
  • Creation and design of engaging, modern learning solutions
  • Administrative duties including mailbox management
  • Stakeholder management
  • Tailoring your communication skills to your target audience
  • Evaluating and measuring the success of training modules/inductions
What we’re looking for
  • Previous experience of delivery/facilitating training in an individual or group setting will be an essential
  • Ability to think on your feet, adapt to everchanging situations & be resilient to changes.
  • Ability to communicate through visual, verbal, and written means with stakeholders.
  • Ability to tailor your approach to suit different learning styles and audiences.
  • Ability to ask appropriate questions, probe for understanding, and work in collaboration with others to achieve desired results.
  • Understanding of the training lifecycle.
  • Good organisation and time management skills; ability to be flexible & solve problems.
  • Excellent skills across Microsoft Office packages, including mailbox management.
  • Ability to develop creative and engaging training materials to include facilitator/ participant manuals, in a variety of formats and media, as well as storyboarding & user guides, would be desirable, but not essential.
  • Strong proof-reading skills to produce error-free materials.
  • Understands ADDIE (Analyse, Design, Develop, Implement & Evaluate). Model in the design and development of training materials.
  • Previous experience in using a Learning Management Systems, to design and build E-learning modules would be desirable, but not essential.
