Step-by-Step Guide to Applying for Your Next Internal Role

  1. Once you’ve identified the role that matches your skills, experience and aspirations, you must apply on the internal careers site.
  2. Complete your application and upload your CV. (If you’re unable to upload your CV, please email your CV to the hiring manager.)

  4. You must inform your current manager that you have applied for an internal role.
  5. Your application will be sent to the hiring manager by the Sanderson recruitment team.
  6. Following a review of your application and CV, the hiring manager will contact you to schedule an interview.

  8. Following your interview, you’ll be contacted by the hiring manager to let you know the outcome of your interview:
    • If you’ve been successful: An initial offer and next steps will be discussed with you, including a potential start date.
    • If you’ve been unsuccessful: You’ll receive useful feedback to help you in the future.
