Our Community & Belonging Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting our Diversity, Inclusion, Wellbeing & Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy by providing key administrative and co-ordination support to key business-wide activities that help drive this important work.
 
The coordinator will support our Employee Resource Groups, help with event planning, and provide key administrative services to help drive our team mission to create meaningful impact to our colleague’s working lives.

This role can be based in Peterborough or Bristol.
 
What you’ll be doing
  • Deliver, and support the delivery of, relevant business wide events, training sessions, Employee Resource Group events, ensuring minimum disruption to the business and maximum engagement.
  • Write, coordinate, prepare and publish collateral for our engagement channels both internally and externally
  • Preparing engaging and accurate communication and engagement information to various stakeholders, including coordination of our content for regular business wide engagement channels ie. Business Bulletin, People Manager’s Monthly etc, and supporting Charity ambassadors with charitable communications, ensuring collateral is aligned with Brand guidelines and tone of voice, etc.
  • Evaluate eligibility and complete due diligence on prospective charities as part of donation process in order to approve/reject and process requests.
  • Support the planning and delivery of charitable activities across locations where possible – this may include receiving donations, on the day support of activity delivery, helping with internal marketing collateral, banking cash donations, in line with our internal processes.
  • Support financial reconciliation of donations, assisting with upkeep of trackers, following internal processes to make donations, and distributing covering letters, maintaining risk and compliance requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team, in particular work related to our Inclusive Workspace Initiative, such as: arranging stakeholder meetings, supporting consultation sessions, etc.
  • Manage content on our internal Ultimatix pages, and own the collation and coordination of content for our external profile, including our corporate and recruitment websites, and social media platform.
  • Manage external partnerships including onboarding where required.
  • Tracking attendance rates, engagement and feedback for activities
  • Maintain the team mailbox, responding to queries within our Service Level Agreements
